Amazing location!!!! I usually go to the wingstop by the SJC airport but this one was a 10/10. Food was delicious and the guys working there were hilarious!! The manager also thoughtfully came and checked in on how our food was too!

I have had several good interactions with the manager, Robert, and Team here over the past few years and just wanted to drop a review to let him and the team know it is much appreciated. Today was just another example. It cost nothing to be nice to people and when you get that back in return it's a great example of how just being nice can go a long way.

i came in today ordered 100 WINGS and i didn’t get NONE OF MY RANCH’S or DRINKS. Had to come in asking for it, instead of giving me good costumer service 2 young girls with very long eye lashes accused me of lying and with attitude. and one kept mean mugging me for no reason. never coming to this wing stop again don’t waste your time here.

Ariel,The young man working there very respectful,caring,and really about business.made sure I had everything in my order.great service and I came in today around 6:30 pm and all around I watched him treat everyone exactly the same and that to me comes a long way.you guys have a great employee with a great work ethic.
Inadequate sauce AND seasoning (I asked for extra, yet there are pieces of chicken that aren’t even covered in sauce???) I’m kind of confused because this is the 2nd location in San Jose that SUCKS, lmao.
Thank god I got carry out because the “atmosphere” is FLOODED with children. I got boneless wings….. how do you mess up an order that’s basically chicken nuggets and fries??? Does it benefit the worker/store in any way to withhold seasoning??? IF SO, THEN WHY EVEN PUT EXTRA SEASONING AS AN OPTION????

Soda machine is broken.no ice.soda comes out warm.but their still charging.no soap in the bathroom.workers using bathroom comes out without washing their hands.

Atmospheres okay, the wings are average sometimes overcooked, the beverage machine never has ice, out of the three times I've been there. Beverages are also flat, a waste of money, for the few times that I've been there.

The drinks are always warm and they never have ICE in the soda machine. It’s honestly a waste of my money when I order two drink and can’t even enjoy them with our meal. Next time I will be asking for money back if his happens AGAIN!
