Really lovely experience here. It was a weekday so pretty slow. I ordered the Yifang Fruit Tea with added boba and 30% sweet. Sweetness was good (could’ve been less), boba really soft. There was a sort of orange peel jelly or something in it that had a fab texture that I really enjoyed. It had some really crunchy seeds that were unlike anything I’ve had before. Weird but kinda good. Also service was super friendly and fast!

The egg pancake is really good, just takes a while (10-15 min). The strawberry milk tea and peach latte was too sweet though. Would try again and pick a different tea. They have a lot of options and it tastes authentic.
