Drinks are very good. Place is very clean looking. Parking is good. I do recommend it.

Brown sugar boba has no brown sugar flavor at all!

There are tables inside. Nice place to sit and hang out or read for a bit.

Really awful drinks - hardly any taste - bland and expensive drinks. Huge waste of money - go to TP tea instead - it’s close by and much better 🧋

I got the lychee fruit tea with sago. The tea tastes alright and is very sweet. There is a lot of the topping inside my drink, which I like. I have tried the mango pomelo sago, which is their signature drink, and it tastes quite good.

We ordered two drinks with zero sugar, but both of them taste like 100% sugar ? I understand that the fruit jam put into those tea could bring some sweat sometimes. But those drinks were just next level sweetness. If you can’t make it zero sugar, could you not provide those options please?

The atmosphere is good though. But given that the air was filled with the fragrance of tea, I don’t understand why I can’t taste any tea flavor from my drink.

Horrible Service. Came when they opened at 11. I got they were still setting up; they clearly saw me walk in - I even said hi, but they proceed to ignore me. That's fine, finish what you are doing, maybe they come after you finish the task. I wanted to use my five-star reward, which requires ordering directly from a person since the kiosk has a different reward system with Snackpass. The register was not even turned on yet, so I patiently waited. Another customer came in shortly after me order from the kiosk and triggered the order ticket. Someone walks up to the front to prep the label, sees me standing there, proceeds not to acknowledge me, and goes back to her task. Mind you, I have been patiently standing there for over 10 minutes already. Another online order came, so they came up to the register again, The register was still not turned on, and they didn't take my order. Giving them over 15 minutes was enough grace, but I ended up just leaving if my business was not wanted.

Received my fruit tea with broken cup. Looks like it's due to cup quality issue or it's broken from the begining. I didn't get a chance to drink it, so hard to say if it's good or not.

Very efficient service. Clean and friendly. The boba is different here, kinda small but tasty! They have soy & almond milk. Their cafe is organized with plenty of tables. Will return!

The egg pancake is really good, just takes a while (10-15 min). The strawberry milk tea and peach latte was too sweet though. Would try again and pick a different tea. They have a lot of options and it tastes authentic.

Service is horrible: ordered online 5 mins before, but wait for 25 mins inside store. Obviously server ignored my order as other orders only take 10mins to finish. But he said they are super busy. Believe or not only 5 customer are in the store at that time. TRASH SERVICE.
Drink: expensive and small. The cup is also cheap and plastic. Don’t order cheese foam as the half-open lid can even let your nose to taste it.

Parking: Busy plaza but you can find more parking behind the building.

Dropped by a couple times to grab boba. I've tried the Pineapple Green Tea and the Yifang Fruit Tea at 50% sweetness level. I loved the Pineapple Green Tea. It was perfectly refreshing! I didn't quite like the Yifang Fruit Tea, but it wasn't too bad. It just wasn't my cup of tea.This location can get quite busy, but the wait isn't really that long. The location is also very clean. Pretty solid boba tea and service.Depending on the day, parking can be a nightmare. A lot of people don't know how to park and can take up 2 spaces or park way too close to the lines that it's an extremely tight fit for your vehicle! The parking lot is shared for the whole plaza, and the plaza does have a grocery store and a few pretty good restaurants.

Their black tea’s taste is amazing, and boba’s texture is chewy. But it’s a little bit warm for me. But I totally love their drink.
