This store is friendly, popular and conveniently located. Unfortunately, they don't sell gift cards at this location.
I love this store! They have a lot of seating, good service and of course great froyo! We have also had good support from the owner when our high school has organized fundraisers here. Highly recommend!
On Sunday, September 21, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., I visited your Prospect branch. Unfortunately, I experienced an incident that I feel compelled to formally report.
The employee on duty acted in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. When I attempted to add condensed milk to my ice cream, she physically placed her hand on my ice cream to prevent me from doing so. At that point, she had already charged me, and I even clarified that I had no issue with being charged again. Nevertheless, she refused and proceeded in this inappropriate way.
What I found most concerning and unhygienic was the fact that she directly touched my food with her hand. This not only caused me great discomfort but also raised serious concerns about food safety and customer treatment at your establishment.
I respectfully request that you review this incident and take the necessary actions. I also kindly suggest checking the security cameras from that time and date to verify what occurred.

Yogurt alright now nowadays but prices are so high that they stop showing them. I think I just paid $0.82 per oz after tax. Prices definitely higher from 3 months ago.
Pretty crowded, but the children love going there.
variety of yogurts the right acidity. highly priced and no more hot fudge :(
cup sizes are big and extra big. having a small cup size can avoid the fight with the kids improving the overall family experience
Thank you for refreshing and delicious frozen yogurt. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and clean surroundings.

Why is this location always running out of toppings? I never experience this at any other Yogurtland… Please don’t post that you are open until 8pm if half the toppings have “run out” by 7:30.

Great consistent spot for froyo. Lots of flavors (some rotating) and toppings to choose from. Price has increased a fair bit in recent years so I only come here if I have a discount or if theyre running a special event.

Yogurt land used to be good, now they don't give you samples and half the flavors are empty, it's expensive and doesn't taste good anymore and the service is bad. Very sad.

This location does not offer sample cups. We came in 20 min. before closing (They close at 8pm which is kind of early). They were out of most toppings and popular flavors. There were lots of customers in store, but staff seemed more focused on closing duties then helping customers. This location is closest to my house, bummed I had this experience. I usually love Yogurtland. Sadly, I left empty handed.

Yogurt is fine. But there policy to basically close 15-20 min before actual closing time is annoying. We came at 7:45 it closed at 8:00. All tables had chairs on top of them, half of toppings were put away. The help was clearly ready to go home and we were delaying them. Please tell the workers they will get paid past closing time if they have customers.
I wish I could leave zero stars. The customer service was terrible. There was a young man working that seemed either too annoyed to have to work or lack of empathy. I was there 20 minutes before closing and he had already cleaned up the toppings and when I asked if it was possible to pull them out he refused and said no. He seemed to be in a rush to leave/close. I understand the feeling of wanting to clock out after a shift but the rudeness was uncalled for.
