It was 11 pm and everything else around was closed. We happened across this place on Google, and were skeptical that any restaurant could succeed in offering such a ridiculously wide array of different cuisines under one roof. I mean, how can you expect one kitchen to craft quality Enchiladas, Fried Rice, Spaghetti, Prime rib, and chicken Wings at the same time??

Zone 8 Bar & Grill is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for an affordable steak date in the Bay. And I really mean it! They have a $25 prime rib special every Thursday (5pm - 11pm) and Sunday (3pm - 9pm), and it was really good for the price. You get a 12 oz cut, with roasted potatoes and veggies. The meat was juicy, tender, portion was huge. It would easily cost $50+ in other places.

Great place for happy hour! Big screens, great deals on appetizers and large portions too. Good prices on drinks. Lots of tables and friendly service. What more do you need for a good time?
