El Adobe de Capistrano is a restaurant that consistently delivers. The food is great, and the service is excellent and friendly. Although the ambiance is somewhat lacking due to hard surfaces and noise, the venue's food and service make it worth visiting. While the noise level can be an issue, especially with live music, it's part of the experience. Overall, it's a great choice for a meal, with the exception of their coffee, which is not fantastic.
