In-N-Out shouldn’t taste like this spot I have gone three times here and the bread is always burned to the point it’s like a rock. If you want real In-N-Out go to the one in mission viejo or San Clemente not this one .

This location open recently. I've been in 3 or 4 times with family. The place is kept clean and the staff is amazing. I engaged with 4 different employees today and they were are genuinely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Best in-n-out I have been to. Whenever i go to others, I always ask for the two burgers to be in separate boxes because there are obviously two people in the car. They never listen unlike this in-n-out where they took my order and provided it perfectly. Highly recommend this location, they wont disappoint.

Store #399 is the most beautiful and unique IN-N-OUT yet. They have hitching posts in the front for locals who have horses and want to ride over to get the world's best burger. They also have a little wooden bridge that takes you right to the Los Rios District and The Mission in downtown San Juan Capistrano. First time coming to In and Out with family. Terrible experience. I'm usually always satisfied but this time it wasn't good. Communication here wasn't great specially when you order you have to triple check to make sure your order is correct. My family and I waited for 30min and our order didn't come. We went up and asked what happened as well as wondering why instead of 4 cheeseburger we only got rung up for one. It was very upsetting and having little ones made it worse. They were all confused and didn't know what to do until finally the manager came but even then she was confused and didn't know what happened. As someone who does restaurant and fast food this isn't the best place. I also over heard them say some things about what was happening with my order very unpleasant.

After driving the obstacle course to drive to the person that takes your order to be rewarded by an ordinary burger is something I will never do again. Pictures of burger you're eating don't look any different than a hundred other places that you don't have to wait in line for 20 mins and have no other choice but hamburgers. Don't see the draw to this place. Just ordinary food.
This is 'just' another In-n-Out burger joint but i have to write this review anyway. This is a new establishment in the infamous 'fast food corridor on Del Obispo and Ortega Hwy off the 5. That puts them at a disadvantage from the very start - just due to traffic! But as new establishments go, they designed this In-n-Out to keep traffic moving and off the roads - putting in a long serpentine line to handle all the cars. The food is fine - right there with the chain's standards and the workforce is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. I don't do fast food too often and review them even less - but felt this place earned a review because they have done a great job with their execution. Congrats In-n-Out!

Only my second time to this location. The staff ARE EXCELLENT!!! Nate really stood out. Very positive and attentive. But have to say the energy and great vibes make this place my new favorite Sunday date night for my 5 yo son and myself. Best staff!

this In-N-Out drive-through is the most beautiful longest drive-through in the most squiggly line I have ever seen. I am so happy they added another one in this area. It was really needed.
