This quaint French Restaurant is a neighborhood gem. We have been going there for years and it has never disappointed. The owner Ali is wonderful! His staff Liana and Josh always make you feel at home.  It is a family owned restaurant and we have ordered everything from the French onion soup, pate to lamb chops, filet mignon and Beef Bourguignon. The quality and flavors of the selections are always fresh, tender and delicious.  And then there's the dessert to top off...
L'Hirondelle is tucked away near the railroad track in San Juan Capistrano. I discovered it while dining at another restaurant nearby. The atmosphere is charming and the wait-staff is very friendly. I had the house salad and duck with orange sauce. Everything was delicious. My husband and I recently moved to the area and will definitely be going back to L'Hirondelle regularly.
L'Hirondelle is one of our favorite restaurants in Orange County. Now that we live in San Diego County it takes an hour to drive there, but it is always worth the time to come back to dine there.
