I hate how addictive the food here is!
Great place with great food
Great vegan soup choices and flexible menus. They also let you substitute and make your own vegan plates. On to go orders, they have made mistakes more than once so check your orders carefully before leaving the restaurant.
Went here on my lunch break. The food was ok, pretty good by Panera standards but, it took almost 30 min to get out a cup of soup and a half sandwich! I had originally ordered a full sandwich and a bowl of soup... upon looking at proof of purchase, It reflected half sandwich and a cup! I didnt have time to dispute it. Food over all was pretty good. Please make sure your getting what you request.
The food is consistently very good from one location to the next.
Good! Cleaner than some! No grungy green carpet as elsewhere. But they don't deliver your order to your table anymore!

I politely asked for mac and cheese and a turkey avocado BLT with pickles.
This Panera is good, but at times it can be inconsistent and unprofessional.
Always good food and good service. Very polite and helpful employees.

Panera food is always good. Thus location had great service too. Now if only I could get there before the shortbread cookies run out.
The food was phenomenal but the reception was mediocre at best. I felt guilty asking for help with my order and they messed up the orders of everyone in my party. Not a lot of smiles and I felt like I was bugging them by trying to order my food.

I'm giving one star because the lack of response I've received after having a few delivery orders messed up. I've emailed and reached out over the phone and social media. I would not recommend ordering through the Panera app (which is Postmates delivery) for a 5$ fee for your order to be wrong. I couldn't even tell Postmates since I don't know the drivers name because I ordered via Panera not Postmates. The last time I ordered this week the man said “my bad†after I told him that the empty cup in my bag was for a coffee. I ordered soup and a coffee. How hard is it to check an order when you are picking it up? Paid more for delivery and tip so I figured the people would care a little bit more but no. I've never had such bad customer service.
