Sushi Kara opened a month ago and waited to go. I had been to their Long Beach location. The staff was excellent. The sushi so fresh. Oh my Garlic roll outstanding. Also enjoyed SJC roll. My new go to place in the area! Welcome to SJC!
New addition to the area in Spring 2024. Clean with good service and a wide variety of sushi plus traditional Japanese dishes.Parking: May be hard to find a nearby spot during peak hours.Kid-friendliness: Many kids dine here.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access with roomy aisles to get to and from tables/restrooms.

Fabulous! This place is the best in Orange County. We have eaten at number of sushi restaurants and this one exceeded our expectations. We came in at 3pm on a weekend and the service was so quick. The server recommended the oh my garlic roll and it was great (if you like garlic). The crispy rice was fantastic and the large salad was phenomenal. I absolutely loved the dressing and avocado.
