We had lunch today at a new restaurant in on Del Prada in Dana Point called TRULY PIZZA. We parked on the street and entered this lovely outdoor patio on the first floor all in glass. The free standing spiral staircase winds up to the second floor patio is truly an architectural wonder to see. The ambiance is fabulous. The waitress are lovely and so welcoming. I called to order a personal pizza. For the second time they do not have it ready. Apparently they forgot about it, after giving them about an hour to have my order ready they just didn't bother checking if everything was there, instead they gave me the rest of the things I ordered and told me everything was there. It's so frustrating that you give them enough time for your food that you pay for. The worst part was that they didn't even apologize and the manager was sitting down...read full review
