Store let me place a mobile order here but the store was closed. Store even told me my drink was ready when store was closed. Had to call to get a refund.

They messed up my order twice when I asked for cold foam on top a of a drink. And then I forgot to go back and ask for them to put it on so I went home with a half -satisfied drink. Sure you can say it was my fault to go back and ask but it is definitely theirs when not putting my drink together the right way.

Starbucks is my favorite place for coffee or Tea, sadly this night, there was a very completely rude worker, I believe her name is Brandy at the end I asked her CO worker and that's the name she gave it's a Brunnet with glasses, No greetings or anything she saw me and she turned around like if she was busy but still talking to her Co worker, than she just stands infront of the cashier no eye contact until i say may i have a medicen bowl pls, (BRANDY) "what size" with an attitude (ME) Venti please, than my daughter says may i have caramel frappe please, (BRANDY) "size" (DAUGHTER) Grande please,(BRANDY) Whipped (DAUGHTER) Yes please, BRANDY just stares at the total iam like can I scan for my points? The reason I asked some targets won't do the Starbucks point (BRANDY) OK yeah? I pay my total give her the money in her hands and she just drops my cahnge like nothing, wheres the customer service who ever train her iam sorry but either you were in a hurry to hired and you didn't care who to hired as long as you had it someone there to take out the job, right? But you're doing wrong to Starbucks when all the bartista in Starbucks are amazing. Why hire someone who doesn't like there job. young brunette girl with glasses. Really disappointing experience at this location. The barista and her coworker were casually chatting with another coworker who was leaning on the customer side of the counter. I wasn't greeted, and I had to wait 3 different times for breaks in their conversation to finish my order. I felt ignored, as they wouldn't stop laughing and gossiping. They were treating it like a high school reunion instead of a job. I also asked 3 times during their conversation for a venti, and they gave me a grande anyway. Is there a manager for these kids or do they just do whatever they want?

Completely rude worker. Specifically, young brunette girl with glasses. I come here often with a friend of mine and that specific girl is always rude to us even when we say please and thank you. Ive never had any issues with any other works, everyone else is always nice and helpful. But someone should teach that one brunette girl with glasses some manners.

Sad little Starbucks inside a pocket sized Target. Very new design in that it is a floating cube in the middle of the store like the grocery store lay out as supposed to the mall food court vibe or many of the inside Target Starbucks locations.

This Starbucks is in the Target with no drive thru. My drink was made well but the barrista was very impolite. I nicely asked for a sleeve and he threw it across the countertop at me. Not professional and very rude.
Grabbed a couple of iced coffee and frap's this afternoon and Alexis was OUTSTANDING! Not only did she make perfect coffee's but she was super friendly and nice and provided us with hands down the very best service I think we have ever had at a Starbuck's!!!

My friend and I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a quick danish. We split the cheese blitz. The service was great, the heated it up, gave us a nice plate to split it on. comfy chairs to relax in. Coffee, as always was classic Starbucks.
