I love this place. The food is consistently good amd the service is also very good
Not to mention great cocktails! The prices haven't been inflated like others and I especially enjoy the lunch menu which includes cheese rangoons, soup and salad plus a generous entree! Enjoy

Ordered Wonton soup to go and was very disappointed at the size of the container for $12. Only had 2 wontons, 2 shrimp and mostly cabbage with the broth. She was surprised I mentioned the size of this serving when she gave it to me. What a terrible attitude. Then they wanted a tip. Really?? I picked it up, no tables to set, what tip??

We stumbled upon Thai Juan On while looking for lunch in San Juan Capistrano, and I'm so glad we did! The menu caught our attention right away with its fun and creative dish names like Holy Cow, Crying Tiger, Mermaid's Dowery, and Kiss Me Not -- love the personality!

The inside of the restaurant is striking -- everything is red, from the walls to the red chairs, and it totally works! It feels bold and energetic. I especially loved the wine wall, which added a touch of elegance and charm to the space.

Food was delicious, I had the spicy chicken with eggplant. Service was friendly, and the whole experience was memorable. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes off that quirky, intriguing menu!

Just grabbed takeout from Thai Juan On and the pad see ew was off the charts good plus the portions were generous enough to keep me happy for lunch tomorrow too so that's a win!

Food ok, service ok. But price on the menu, like the tea, was different from the bill. The restaurant was VERY cold. It would make you want a cup of tea.

One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants that has been around a very long time.

The ambiance is like Thailand town at night - dark with warm lighting. Oldies but goody with full bar that’s pretty much like Chiang Mai’s bars.

The food never disappoints. I brought people here and the food was crowd pleaser. The service is super efficient.

The location is just perfect for a meeting point from South OC and North OC. It is right off the highways I5/405 and there are many places to visit around the area - antique shopping, the missions, cinema, music festival by the beach, Dana Point harbor …

Horrible, Service is the worse food was cold and small portions.. Is overpriced.

Not a fan.
Their vegetables consist of potatoes only in their curry dishes, no more vegetables are used. You have to pay for those as extras.
The rice is stickyyyyyyy. It's not jasmine rice.
Very little sauce in their dishes.
It seems ever since COVID and the other restaurant next to them closed the quality went away.
Seems like everything is Ala carte now and is expensive to begin with.
Great bar tender though.

Felt rushed out of here. We were brought the check without asking for it yet as well as a box to take our food to go and we didn't ask for it yet either. There wasn't any people in the restaurant, only one other table whom had barely arrived, so I don't know what the rush was. It felt that the lady didn't like us. Won't be coming back. The Hot & sour Tom Yum soup tasted really bad too, it was the worst Thai soup I've ever tasted. The Fire eater plate was so so. It felt like we were being kicked out of the restaurant, and that the lady wanted us to leave already, while the restaurant was totally empty except for one table.
