The Sushi Stand is a fantastic spot for sushi in San Juan Capistrano! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with great-quality ingredients and delicious combinations. The portions were satisfying, and every bite was packed with flavor. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, while the service was friendly and efficient. A great place for a quick sushi lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends. I’d definitely come back for more! 🍣✨

Sides (from $4–10) include miso soup, cucumber salad, edamame, tempura shrimp, fried tofu, and more. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. The beef onigiri is ideal, and you don’t have to commit to four; you can actually just order two pieces. The service is also very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
The sushi is great. They accommodated food allergies, and the environment around this complex is great. You can eat outside on a beautiful day. The employees are super kind and super helpful when deciding what to get. The flavors are great. The surfin USA roll is recommended. The Sushi Stand is a really nice addition to the neighborhood and a weekly spot. The fish is really fresh and the rolls really tasty. The tequila sunrise roll with smoked eel and I see fire roll are loved. Such great quality fish and the salmon is so buttery. The atmosphere is also very fun and great for tourists.
