Friendly front office receptionist & attentive valet parking attendants. This hotel is beautiful!
They completely screwed up our reservation.
total incompetence with bs excuses.
For the price, I expected something much more upscale.
Housekeeping use metal plate as a door stopper making banging noises early in the morning which is also unacceptable.
the beds are too soft which gave me a backache the next day.
trying to have a conversation with some friends at the bar in the afternoon was impossible as the muSICK was too loud and the live singer was even louder..
