Sad, today a nice family held the door open for an Asian man who seemed like the manager as he exited, my party of 2 were entering the same time. He completely ignored us, & let the door shut on our faces, I was going to walk out, other member of my party chose to spend over $20...needless to say he was a jerk, last time, never going here again!

I always shop in this place for the last 10 years I walk in today April 14 at 1.20 pm in I ask for wallet cone always they make it fresh in this guy shot me done not lookin on my eye in he said the machine are broken not even offer me some things in walk a way sorry for you business this tip the employee I do not have on my business

I’ve tried multiple times to buy a simple scoop of ice cream on a waffle cone from Baskin Robbins, and I’m consistently turned away because they don’t have any waffle cones available. This has happened at different times of the day — even right when the store opens, which makes no sense. How can a place known for ice cream not have basic items like cones ready?

I came in just to grab a couple of prepacked Quarts of ice cream. And had to wait more than 20min just to pay. No even Acknowledge or said anything to me as I am ready to pay. One worker charged another costumer but completely ignored me! And rolled her eyes and walked away. I have been coming to this one for years and have never had someone so disrespectful as this girl was . Most likely I will not be coming here anymore. It is very Disappointing, because I've been coming here for longer than what that girl has even been alive.

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. The night before my child's birthday she became extremely ill and we had to reschedule the party. The cake we ordered was far too large to fit in our freezer. This Baskin Robbins was very accommodating and held the cake for two weeks while we rescheduled the party. Looked and tasted great as well!

Why is it so hard to get a waffle cone in the San Leandro Location? Today i went looking foward to nice waffle cone with some butter pecan ice cream and there was no one else in the store but me and 2 workers and the guy helping me who did not even speak till i did said they dont have any waffle cones. I asked him if he could make some and he said no he cant. Why?? u are not doing anything else? Annoying!! This is like the 5th or 6th time I have come here and they dont have waffle cones! i used to work on the BR in San Francisco years ago and it takes a whole minute to make a waffle cone. Today it was in the morning but no matter what time it is, it seems like a struggle or an issue for your employees to make a waffle cone that is on the menu
Got here 5 min to close 8:55 and already closed. ?? 12/8/2022

The staff here are incredible and I am so sorry I didn't have enough to tip yall properly ? They were so patient as I asked them to change the ice cream flavor for a cake due the next day (tomorrow)! Shout out to the gentleman, I wish I had gotten his name and the young lady with ponytails!

My first hot fudge sundae was small. Now they make me an ample size sundae...I'm happy with them now. If a clerk makes small scoops ...it matters and seems like a waste of money because ice-cream is now very expensive! Thank you for being fair - Baskin-Robbins!
