I ordered an ice cream cake from here. The night before my child's birthday she became extremely ill and we had to reschedule the party. The cake we ordered was far too large to fit in our freezer. This Baskin Robbins was very accommodating and held the cake for two weeks while we rescheduled the party. Looked and tasted great as well!
Why is it so hard to get a waffle cone in the San Leandro Location? Today i went looking foward to nice waffle cone with some butter pecan ice cream and there was no one else in the store but me and 2 workers and the guy helping me who did not even speak till i did said they dont have any waffle cones. I asked him if he could make some and he said no he cant. Why?? u are not doing anything else? Annoying!! This is like the 5th or 6th time I have come here and they dont have waffle...
The staff here are incredible and I am so sorry I didn't have enough to tip yall properly ? They were so patient as I asked them to change the ice cream flavor for a cake due the next day (tomorrow)! Shout out to the gentleman, I wish I had gotten his name and the young lady with ponytails!
