If you have haven’t heard, Catering by Ericka is the best! She took care of everything, not just the best tasting soul food, deserts and beverages ever! The level of professionalism and work ethic was on another level. My guest boxed up and ran with all that was left.

Oh my God!!! That Marry Me Chicken was tremendous!!’ Chef Ericka makes the most colorful salad I have ever seen in my entire life. I plan to have her cater for all my events. Nothing like an incredible meal! Thank You for making my guest happy and glad they came.💕
