Ordered a burrito for delivery, and was so shocked. About 2 teaspoons of meat halfway down, 18 dollars! Not tasty. Most expensive burrito I ever purchased and they will not be seeing my butt again. Beware. No way to call, computerized and no response online. Terrible service. Keep your money. Make your own burrito.

Service is slow and bathroom is gross. There are so many people but service was still slow. Food was alright but they don’t keep the counter tidy where they serve food. Which is off putting.

This was my 4th and last time going there, which is why I’m writing this review.If you never want speedy service, cheese, corn salsa, chicken, fresh queso, edible meats, or the ability to pay in cash, this is the Chipotle you’ve been looking for.Read the other reviews; there’s definitely a pattern.

This is the the 4th time so I had to write, this chipotle currently has a bunch of good for nothing employees. They are always out of something and then when you wait 20+ minutes; they are out of two other things.After that, they have the audacity to charge you full without any apology or discount. I have seen several customers walking out during my visits because they are always out of something. This whole group of employees plus the manager needs to be terminated. If you cannot do the job then please leave because you are hurting the business and wasting people's time and causing them inconvenience. Also the manager in my view is doing discrimination in hiring because I look at the kids and I don't see diversity and please don't tell me only certain groups apply for jobs here. I would like to tell the manager that this is California, a state for everyone. Your unjust dominance has been noticed.

Not sure if they lost their manager or what, but this store is abhorrent now. Food always tastes TERRIBLE (chips taste like they were cooked in dirty oil, rice half cooked) place is always filthy. The staff smokes weed in the back. This place needs a full turnover asap.
Got my veggie bowl home right after ordering it and my guacamole is super dark. So much for being fresh :/

I've ordered double portions on several occasions and got a chincy second serving in the form of one or two extra pieces that I paid an outrageous extra amount of money for. I tried explaining what I was ordering and it was like pulling teeth. I've been to other Chipotle's and got competent service. Stay away from this one. There's a McDonalds' near by.

I was here recently & the place was a mess, the employees weren't engaging with customers but playing, yelling .. it looked & sounded like I walked into a wild party. I'll never go back & have already shared this disappointment with others.

Poor service once again! I'm sitting here waiting on my guacamole to be made for 30 min and they already made my food. When i was here last time everyone ignored me while i was waiting to get my preordered food. I'll remember to never come here again. I get home and the guacamole they supposedly made fresh is old smh.
