Service is slow and bathroom is gross. There are so many people but service was still slow. Food was alright but they don’t keep the counter tidy where they serve food. Which is off putting.

I was here recently & the place was a mess, the employees weren't engaging with customers but playing, yelling .. it looked & sounded like I walked into a wild party. I'll never go back & have already shared this disappointment with others.

I rarely give reviews on Yelp, but I came just to give this Chiptotle 5 stars. I eat Chiptotle (not kidding) at least once a week. I've been to all of them in the bay area. This one always remains my go-to. The food isn't over salted like in Castro Valley, it's typically consistent. The best part is they are always playing great music and have the best vibes!!!
