they’re not that friendly, they don’t greet you when you come in. You come in and have to figure everything out yourself and order on their tablet, they don’t show you how to use it. The women that was working the cashier register today was not paying attention to customers. You had to go to her if you needed something she looked nervous to approach anyone.

I only gave it a 4 because depending on the time you order, the shrimp is either perfectly cooked and fresh or black. But the flovor of the sauce is delicious. Same with the eggs if you order when they just open there good, but later in the day, they look overcooked.

Great place to eat. A friend had the headless shrimp , and I had a sampler of king crab, snow crab, black and green mussels, and clams. I received excellent customer service. Perfect place to eat.

I just called the store in San Leandro to order my takeout, but the lady who answered the phone was too rude and impatient. She turned off the phone directly, and then I called again and tried to continue the order. As soon as he answered the phone, he hung up more than four times. In the end, I used another phone number to call to order successfully. Moreover, this lady still used bad manners to talk to customers. I think this lady is not suitable. Works in customer service because she has mental issues. It will only affect the image of your store. This was a bad experience for me!
