We ordered online and picked up our food. The restaurant is all windows, which makes a nice atmosphere, and it was very clean.It's about time we got a NOT chicken sandwich that's made from cauliflower, for a change! It's sooo good! I loved everything about it - the potato bun, mild spiced cauli NOT chicken, the sauce, even the pickle was as good as everyone raved about! lol(Wheat gluten is what constitutes most fake chicken, and that messes me up.)I'd also like to compliment the online ordering process. We got the 2 NOT chicken sliders and fries, and you can customize the sliders separately!Anyway, we loved it, and we'll be back! #gocauliflower!

Wow this place is amazing!!!! Every slider is packed with a flavorful punch!!! Be warned the levels of spiciness range from low to extreme. I respect Dave’s Hot Chicken for keeping their menu affordable to the community, thank you for that. The sliders are cooked to order, very juicy, flavorful and HUGE! If you are not adding honey to your slider you are eating it wrong!!!! Eat the slider with honey folks, you will experience a powerful majestic energy within your mouth as you devour the monstrous slider. Love this place!!!To the owner: I suggest adding some music to the place.

Our 1st time trying the hot chicken sandwiches with fries. It was good, the HOT was spicy, the Medium was on point. It's difficult to comment on takeout entries as the fries weren't as hot and crunchy as if we ate onsite. With that in mind, next time, we'll dine there. All in all, the sandwiches were delicious

The wait time is insane here. 22+ minutes to receive my order. I want the tip back. Nothing fast about this food. Also $31 w/tip.... I didn't even get a drink. Cauliflower should not cost more than chicken but it does here. The mac & cheese is horrible, it's about as special as drinking fountain water. It reminds me of High School cafeteria food with cheese. I would skip this place. The employees are nice though.

I enjoyed the chicken sandwiches. The sauce is really good. The buns are small but the chicken is big. Service was super fast and staff members were super nice and helpful. Place was really clean. It got busy shortly after we arrived.

I liked the sandwich and fries. I like spicy food, but their spicy tasted a bit bitter (too hot to enjoy), so if I order again, I will probably get the regular spicy (not the extra spicy).

I'm thrilled to see the recent openings in downtown San Leandro, and this spot has quickly become a favorite of mine. The hot chicken here is notably delicious, thanks to the perfect blend of spices they use. It's also a great deal, especially the two-sandwich deal which is generous enough to ensure I have tasty leftovers for another meal. Highly recommended for a satisfying visit downtown!
