wide open atmosphere, excellent food and great service. Found the beer to be of high quality. Build a flight and you will love it!
This place is usually hoppin!! It used to be a car repair shop.. so the rollup doors and BIG area outside with firepits are the best part. Perfect place to enjoy a brew & bite in that quasi outdoor enviroment. As with everything now.. it's a bit pricy.. but the beers are SOLID and NOT just all IPAs. The food is pretty good as well. It also is a quick walk from San Leandro BART, so that makes leaving safely super convenient.

Fieldwork San Leandro is a nice newer location with a spacious, open layout that is great for small get-togethers or large events. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill, with a pleasant outdoor seating area featuring fire pits. The beer is always rotating, with a fridge for cans to take home, and a nice selection of draft beers. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available. The food is good, with the regular style pizza and little Detroit pizza being particularly good; the shishito peppers and hummus are also popular. Salads and fried items are great, though food is a bit overpriced. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick. Parking is shared with many businesses and can be challenging. Outside food is not allowed.
