My second time here for Taco Tuesday and the food wasn't as good this time. I will try again to "break the tie." The service in the cantina is horrible. Most patrons appeared to be there for the tacos, which you would think meant that they were mainly taking drink orders. Wow! I hadn’t been to the restaurant in a few years as I moved out of the area so I was a bit taken aback by the deteriorated physical condition of the building inside and out. Honestly, it looked like they were operating on their last legs. The food was okay though while the service staff knocked themselves out being responsive.
The restaurant is in a beautiful location on the Bay which counts as a big positive.

A great restaurant with the Bay views and very close to Oakland airport.
Food is plentiful and delicious. We visited here during the happy hour. About 4pm. the right side of the restaurant serves happy hours in the menu the left side of restaurants serves only menu. I ordered a set of three tacos with salmon. $10 on the happy hour menu and it was great.
They serve cheap chips and salsa before you order the food and chips were warm and fresh.
