Disappointing. Owner needs to enforce hair nets. This hair was inside my drink.
Food and bobas are always good at ITea. Not sure why price is double when I ordered online for pickup. Ordered popcorn chicken and beef tendon w/ rice for a total of $39.76.
I was put on by one of my guests that I picked up. And for a tip. She bought me one of the drinks from there and I was very impressed. So I went back and bought another and I was very surprised and happy and I've been going there ever since. And this one tea drink is my fave I recommend. And the staff is very nice
Every time I am around this area, I try to come grab a delicious boba drink from iTea. I usually grab a strawberry fruit tea that's filled with boba, lychee jelly, and small strawberry bits. They give you a pretty generous amount of the extras so every sip you take has a good amount of the fragrant flavors from all the ingredients. Besides the drinks, they also sell a lot of dishes. Some of my favorites are the various garlic noodles, especially the garlic shrimp noodles. All the staff that I have met there are all friendly and courteous. There's a few tables and seats there if you decide to dine in.
Great place for snack. Long line and wait time.
I read good reviews before visting here but people must go here only for the drinks because the food I had was NASTY. Their garlic noodles were just chow mein noodles with pieces of burnt garlic all over it, the oysters that I ordered from a picture were plain, the ones they gave had some sort of sauce drizzled all over them. My daughter said they tasted burnt, I ate the fish but that's just because I didn't want to feel like I wasted all of my money. That was my first and last time there.
Nicholas and Jackson are impressive workers. Nicholas delivered our food to the table efficiently and with a smile, showcasing his courtesy. Jackson and Nicholas also greeted us warmly. It is heartening to see these young men demonstrating responsibility and a strong work ethic. Thank you you so much, boys! I can tell you’ll succeed in your future endeavors!
They employ up and coming, that are young, work force of the future, and that works fast giving greater customer experience (lesser customer wait time).
I sometimes go here to get boba or milk tea. However, at 6 pm, I decided to get dinner for myself and try Chashu over rice. But there are sooo many to choose from menu. The chashu over rice is the delicious and best meal I had. It’s been a while I ate chashu since last year. This is probably my favorite meal over rice. What’s even crazy is that this price of meal is $12.96 including tax and it because of inflation.
They have so much variety for snacks and drinks to choose from, so we always go here whenever we’re in the area and craving for boba 😄
I tried the creme brulee boba milk tea for the first time and it’s really good.

My new place to go.... 😃
i-Tea in San Leandro is the best! The food is delicious, the service was polite and relatively quick, and the atmosphere was not too noisy. The only problem was the people smoking outside. Smoking too close to the building, getting the smoke smell inside the restaurant. Other than that, I love this place! ❤️

Sooooo good. Really liked the rose milk tea. Not a huge fan of the winter melon personally. But yum. This place is consistent and really good flavors.
