These places are disappearing! What places, you ask? Lunch spots that don't require a small loan. I had about $30 in cash. I had a dish of noodles, vegetables, and Hunan pork. With a soda I was able to pay with a $20, leave a 20% tip and still had paper and coins in change.
This is a takeout Chinese restaurant, buffet style. So there isn't any atmosphere - again it is for takeout. I like the food. The pot stickers are excellent. The soups are made to order and delicious. Everything is fresh.
I've been going to Jasmines for at least 25 years now, and the food is still very good, and reasonably priced. There's no dining in, but besides that, you'll be happy you tried it. Everything is good, seasoned well, and nice sized portions too. Give them a try. You'll be back.
