Excellent service. You pay at the counter when done.

Loud dance music plays 24/7, it’s pretty wild. I must be getting old, but I can’t imagine that anyone actually enjoys this. I will have to find another spot.

They put some kind of cheap-crunchy snack on your table without your order, even you don't touch it, later they still charged you, if you remind them, they might fix the receipt, if not, a regular phở at $17.50 become almost $22 after tax, no tip yet. Trick customers to collect few $ more is the street-smart way in VN, but should not do that in here, USA.Phở , salty and too fatty if compare to others. Never come back.

“Pho Joe in San Leandro: A Decline in Quality”Review:I recently visited Pho Joe near 85 Degree Bakery in San Leandro, and unfortunately, the overall quality of the food has significantly declined since its inception. One positive aspect is the ample parking available for customers. However, the primary letdown lies in the deteriorating quality of both the Pho and Bun Bo Hue broth and meat. The broth, once rich and flavorful, has become disappointingly plain. This, coupled with a noticeable decrease in meat quality, makes for a less enjoyable dining experience. While other items on the menu were passable, the general consensus is that the food is overpriced when compared to similar establishments.Despite the decline in food quality, the customer service remains commendable. It’s evident that the restaurant has taken a step back from its original location, Pho Joe Original, which offered a superior dining experience. Unfortunately, unless there’s a compelling reason, my family and I won’t be returning to Pho Joe in San Leandro.

The pho was solid and ingredients were fresh. Our server was great and our toddler loved her. We had the rare steak pho, shrimp egg rolls, and shrimp egg roll vermicelli. Everything tasted great. They also offer boba drinks and thai tea. Our thai teas were solid. The place is huge and we found a table easily.

This is one of two Joe's. Food stays consistently great! My wife and I both enjoy the spicy broth. If you like Pho, you'll love Joe's.

Our new favorite Vietnamese in downtown SL! We’ve been waiting for almost a year for this location of Joe’s Pho to open up and we’re not disappointed. They’ve got an ordering machine near the entrance so go for that in a pinch. But we like to order from the friendly counter to go or sit down and get the good table service. The portions are really huge and flavors are yummy. Lots of noodle soups and banh mi (sandwiches) are good too. Our favorite is the bun bo hue (spicy noodle soup) which is sooo good and they got lots of choices including making it vege! And I love that they have plenty of fresh made smoothies and you can substitute with oat milk (for a little more $). So creamy and delicious!Park on the mall lot which can get crowded at peak hours but you’ll still find a spot. Service has always been good for us here, super friendly and accommodating. Love it here!
