This has been a decent Hong Kong style cafe for many years. Food is comparable to other Hong Kong style cafe in the Bay Area. I took off one star because the restaurant added 15% service charge automatically even for party of two without letting the customer know. Worse still, on the credit card receipt, they still provide a space for tips and even have the audacity to recommend 15%, 18%, etc on top of the already added 15% service charge. I am sure many have fallen for additional tips. Please check your credit card slip before adding any tips.

So, here's the deal: the service is a bit lacking. Even if you're fluent in Chinese, it's tough to have a smooth convo with the staff—they just don't have that friendly vibe down. But hey, let's give credit where it's due: the food? Legit.

Everything average but prices are reasonable, in this economy, that’s an extra point ?, if you want milk tea, just get it next door, bigger cup, same owner.

The service is extremely poor, the service staff all have dark faces? Moreover, a 15% service fee is compulsorily charged, without informing the guests, and giving extra 15% tips every time?‍??

Solid Hong Kong cafe food. Authentic Hong Kong milk tea. Price is fair. Food comes outfast and service is as it should be.

Nothing fancy about this restaurant but their food is better than other HK cafes in the area. A lot of things we want is not available but still on the menu. A bit disappointing. Ordered silky egg with shrimp over Ho Fun and salt n pepper calamari. Calamari had a lot of msg and salt. Quite salty for my liking. Silky egg over ho fun was good but needed more gravy. Would order with extra gravy next time.

This is based on one visit as we came here after dinner for dessert. The dessert menu is extensive which peaked our curiosity but when we had a hard time picking what to order. Not surprisingly, the waitress got frustrated and she was also unable to answer questions about the items we were considering. Then, she said most of these are premade and sent to the restaurant to justify her lack of answers. That should have been a big red flag but we still wanted to get dessert. Looking at the photo, the 'fresh' coconut was not that fresh as the coconut flesh had the pinkish tint and didn't taste fresh. There was also very little peach gum inside. It was about a half inch layer on top.The grass jelly is from a can as you can see the ribs on them from being inside a can so this isn't Meet Fresh quality. The food here may be good but I'd say skip the desserts. FYI, the owner of this restaurant also owns the T4 and sushi restaurant next door. Lastly, they automatically add 15% to your bill so do NOT double tip.

4 stars for their garlic beef over rice in stone pot with fried egg! Solid dish with good flavors. I came with a couple friends and for what it's worth, this place serve you huge portions for their price point. Each dish can probably feed 2-3 person. Service was average but as expected from a HK cafe.

Super cute HK cafe!! There were some goods and some bads but overall I would still come here again if I had cravings for it. Onto the bads first: I know a lot of restaurants nowadays have online menus but I would expect them to at least have some hardcopies of the menu but they told me they didnt have any. My grandma doesn't have a smart phone so she cant even scan the menu plus the menu items on the phone are so tiny. Later, they gave tablets to other customers to view menu which I was a bit annoyed over because why didn't they offer it to my grandma when I asked if they had a menu or something bigger to view on??? The shave ice with colorful glutinous rice balls looked NOTHING like the picture. I didnt take a pic of it but it was a cup of shave ice with purple mochi bits on the top. The rice balls tasted funky like they boiled it in hotdog water or something lol. the curry fish balls was mid and it was the most expensive dish out of everything we ordered.Onto the goods: the food aside from the fish balls were SO GOOD. I loved the baked spaghetti and the beef clay pot so much. The beef clay pot seems like a popular dish as I saw 4 separate tables order it.

Excellent baked creamy chicken spaghetti probably the best i have ever had and portion was huge and price was great the mango milk custard is also fantastic nice looking place but everyone orders to go because they charge a 15 percent service charge without telling u upfront they also try to force tea on you right away which is annoying
