I've visited this restaurant numerous times at varying hours. Even though the restaurant may be busy during peak hours, the staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is consistently delicious and served in a reasonable amount of time.Parking: Spaces may be limited....shared parking with other businesses.

Hands down favorite sushi spot I've ever visited. The tempura is always really fresh, they must use new oil daily. Favorite rolls are the gogo and island roll.

First time ordering to-go from Makiyaki. I had the 16 piece hamachi sashimi which comes with a salad and miso soup @ $32, as well as the vegetable tempura @ $12. While the fish was fresh, the portion size was extremely small for what they charge. Sadly, there are other amazing Japanese restaurants I'd rather frequent.

I come here often since it's conveniently located in downtown San Leandro but I would drive here even if it was 20+ miles away. Service is awesome, and always greeted with a warm smile. The food is delicious and the presentation is up to par. The restaurant is small but can accommodate a lot of small parties. If you're dining in, you'll see how popular they are by the revolving door of people picking up their takeout.

Wife and i always eat at this place. I placed an order for pick up and when picking up order asked lady to give me some Sriracha sauce. She said that the Sriracha sauce is extra. This is not an issue when ordering to eat there. Definitely will lose my business.
