Huge line this AM and after waiting 10 minutes to get to ordering, they tell me cash only. I don't carry cash and I'm boxed in by 6 cars behind me and 3-4 in front of me now, so not only did the excessive wait make me late for work, but I had to leave without food.
A sign near the beginning of the line would have given myself and others the opportunity to leave immediately instead of getting stuck in line for 20 minutes only to leave hungry.

Buenos desayunos, buen café y buen servicio
Their customer service based on my recent visit. On Wednesday (12/5) night I pulled into their drive in at 10:59p. I know they close at 11:00p but I was there before closing and their were 2 other people ahead of me up at the window. After a few minutes I could still see the car just ahead of me at the pay window but no one responded to me at the Drive Thru menu despite it still being all lit up and me saying “hello”?
