As someone who is Filipino and from LA I would 100% recommend this place as a go to spot. They serve a lot of family sized meals and when I tell you I haven't had anything close to my Rita's cooking other than this place I mean it. You might wait 30 mins for your food but just know that food is made with love for real.
Small family owned business serving authentic Filipino cuisine. The portions were generous and service was quick and attentive. Finally! I've found a great, authentic Filipino restaurant nearby. The bangus sisig was fire and tastes like something my mom would make at home. We had it with garlic rice which came in a cute little kaldero. Small details like that made our experience feel the familiar feeling of home. There's even a kareoke machine inside :) Going to tell my friends about Parekoy! I'm excited to come back and try more.
