Horrible service, it lasted 40 minutes for 3 little devils because the ice machine doesn't work or they don't know how to use it. Every time I go, the people who serve me are new and don't know how to prepare things. They sold me pure ice. Horrible.

food was stale I ordered the French fries with the cut Winnie's and the Winnie's tasted old fries tasted frozen I didn't even get napkins and a fork to enjoy my food. only good thing was the strawberry drink made with milk it was good but not to go back again a huge disappointment if you guys want better quality go to the one in TENNYSON ST IN HAYWARD CA

I had no idea they had crepes here! I have ordered 6 crepes in the past 3 days, and I can’t get enough of them, they are so delicious!!! I’m glad I found a crepe spot near where I live. As of now there seems to be limited variations when it comes to their crepes, but hopefully they add more crepe styles in the near future. Delicious!!!!!Make sure to give them a heads up if you want the crepe crispier.Kid-friendliness: Lots of variety from from regular ice cream menu, and many mexican style desserts.

I have ordered ice cream from these guys five times because I had fallen inlove with their Ferrero ice cream. The first two deliveries, I got the delicious ferrero ice cream. The third time, I ordered a Ferrero ice cream again and I got some sort of cinnamon horchata ice cream instead. Ok, mistakes happen. I order a fourth time the following day because I really wanted the Ferrero ice cream. Again, cinnamon horchata. The following day, I ordered thru DoorDash and put on the note to ensure the correct flavor because of the last two mistakes. I ordered a Ferrero ice cream my guest ordered their cheese ice cream. Delivery comes and not only is the Ferrero the wrong flavor -cinnamon horchata - for the third time in the same week but my guests ice cream was incorrect as well. Instead of the ordered cheese ice cream, they sent birthday cake flavored ice cream...with sprinkles . HORRIBLE

The worst thing is, I bought 2 orders of mini pancakes and they were horrible, they were not sewn well, very bad for the price I paid, and the octopus salchi only had 3 pieces of sausage?

The Neveria is okay, it's not my go to ice cream shop since their ice cream usually taste like a freezer burn. Their service is really cold, you don't get a smile at all.

No vengan aquí si quieren papás o chicharrones !!!!! They are 7.68 dólares!!!! la bolsa más cara de chicharrones que jamas he comprado,, y no se diga las papas, bolsa chiquita 7.68 dólares !!! Grand total 28 dólares por dos aguas pequeñas, chicharrones y papas ni que hubiera ido a sentarme a un restaurante a comer un platillo bien preparado.
I loved this place until I went in got my drink (took a few sips ?) and came home and found a cockroach in my drink. Will not be coming back ?

Niña cagada del pelo azul no nos atendió cuando entramos y a los 15 minutos después llegó una pareja y a ellos si le pego su pinche gana atender los. Pónganse las pilas por eso no les llegan los tips. Pongan el guerito con los lentes smh. No bueno
