Worst experience i have ever got. They literally forgot my order till I asked for it again.
Terrible!! Since the new remodel it takes longer. My app order was 25 minutes late and had to wait with ton of other people. Is there new management? What’s going on.
Super friendly and good service.

Come pretty often. My teenage kids come as well. The coffee is delicious and the service is very attentive. Usually, I order ahead from the app and the kids pick up the drinks. Depending on the time you come, parking can be an issue.
We all have a different favorite, but the swirl is so good!

I order from this location a couple of times a week for breakfast or lunch via DoorDash. Today, when my order arrived, I was disgustingly, surprised to find a bug at the bottom of my Tropical Iced Green Tea. I reached out to the store and told Dominique, the rude woman who I assume is a manager of some sort, about what happened, and to say that she lacked empathy for a customer's negative experience wouldn't even begin to describe the experience. As the conversation tensed, she immediately removed accountability from herself saying, "I didn't make the drink," and proceeded to tell me, "Ma'am, I don't need you to tell me what . . ." after I tried to suggest that her team needed training on cleanliness and attentiveness. Customer service has gone to hell. There was no empathy, no accountability, no genuine apology, and no appeasement for sending me a gnat/fly bathing in my tea. Needless to say, I'll NEVER frequent this location again because not only is the store dirty, the manager is not open to retraining her team. I called the District Manager, Lisa. No answer. Then she called me back and hung up immediately. Since I can't talk to someone with sense, maybe CDPH will convince them that they need to retrain their team.

Unfortunately, the homeless situation is pretty bad here. I came for about 2 hours, and when I sat in the car, I caught someone staring directly at me. I stared back, and then that man turned around and sat back at the outdoor sitting (but still looking at my direction). I didn’t feel safe when it happened. The coffee shop itself is fine. People have been chatting and getting their work done inside the coffee shop.
The outside of this location is positively CRAWLING with homeless folks. It’s still better than downtown Oakland and SF.
Parking: The parking lot is simply dangerous. Drivers regularly drive down the center of the lanes, pedestrians walk out without looking for ongoing cars, and the parking places are way too close for safely backing out. PARK ON THE STREET. San Leandro almost never enforces the green spots along Juana Avenue.

i visited Peet’s Coffee and had a very disappointing experience. The manager racially profiled me and discriminated against my gender, making me feel like I didn’t belong anywhere. This behavior is unacceptable and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would advise others to consider going to Starbucks instead, where I have found the staff to be much more welcoming and respectful.
