I tried to ignore the level of customer service that I received, but my spirit would not allow me to be quiet upon entering it was my aunts first time there I was treating her to lunch. It appeared that this location were shortstaffed. We ordered our pizzas dine in and a heavy set Woman who I assume name was Anna was so rude no patience no explanation for someone of a first time and we felt extremely rushed I can understand when you’re shortstaffed and overworked, but the level of customer service should never change as a pride myself on this, there was a young girl also who appeared to need help but again the restaurant looked shortstaffed. Our pizzas were dry, almost overcooked, not a good experience at all upon observation I had to let our server know that the tomatoes were old and not fresh looking. They did change them out after noticing it also.

My wife and kids along with another mother and her kids recently dined here. We live in Fremont and were sad to find out that location had closed so this was the closest one. They were the only group that were in line with no one else waiting. As my wife and friend were trying to decide, one of the female employees appeared annoyed. I'm paraphrasing here but this employee told my wife "hey, you guys need to hurry up and put your order in already! We have to roll out the dough and put it all together to bake and my coworkers are here waiting for you!" Again, they were the only ones in line with no one else waiting!! My wife normally would have said something but restrained herself. Just AWFUL! The other 2 employees on the other hand were very nice and helpful to them. That's the only reason why this review got a star at all! Whomever this server is ought to look for another line of work as customer service clearly isn't her strong suit. The pizza itself was quite good. Thin crust, good options, tasty. Do yourselves a favor. Just order takeout or have it delivered unless you like to be talked down to during your experience.

Sometimes the bar is so low at an establishment that you have a social duty to warn others about it. This is one of those places. Brought my fam here for a pizza night out. Where to begin. First, they were in the middle of what looked like a tech fixing the cooling tables which house all the toppings on top, so they had them pushed back so the tech could work on the back, which made it difficult to see which toppings they had. They took our order for the type of pizzas. We got 3 thin crust make your own and 1 bambino (kids). Found out at check out at that two weeks them were for high rise pie crust. The tech finished while they were forming the dough and they pushed the tables forward toward so we could finally see what was available. Holy moly, what I saw was the most pitiful bottom of the barrel toppings. It was 7:30 and they close at 10 so I was confused why they didn't have fresh ingredients. I asked for red sauce on mine and shuddered as the sauce dude scooped the very last of the red sauce tin onto my pizza, just putting the smallest amount because it seemed like he was trying to spread it out over the 4 pizzas we ordered. After they finished mine they started bringing out more ingredients and fresh toppings, smh. Wife and kids got through ordering their pizzas fine enough. Wife and I both asked for fresh arugula after our pizza was baked. The topping girl just gave me the most blank confused stare, and she was like what? I said a-rooo-ga-la, and she still had no idea what that was while I too was mind blown that she didn't know what that was. Here's the thing, they don't list their toppings on the menu so I honestly think she thought it was called something else‍. I told her it's the green leafy topping over there, and said it's not the basil. They had brought out a fresh batch so I'd figured she'd understand. She nodded like she got it, so I moved on to pay for the 4 pizzas. This is when I find out we got the 2 high rise because she kept looking at the oven and asking if the high rise were ours when I insisted we ordered 3 thins and 1 kids. Thankfully she only charged me for 3 thins crusts. This whole process through ordering I'm trying to be as nice and understanding as possible, no attitude, just hoping we can get through this. We find a table, get our pizzas. People started coming in and the line started backing up. Got a table, got our pizzas. Of course, no arugula. Take pizzas back and politely ask if they can put the topping on, they oblige but they come back and to our horror, they put the dregs of all arugula on the pizzas. Instead of putting the fresh toppings on, they used the very bottom of what was left over which was wilted, discolored, and probably there from the morning in the refrigerated table unit which probably stopped working at one point throughout the day. At this point, we didn't care anymore, too hungry. My kid gets startled and starts crying because the mozzarella was too damn hot. As we are eating our pizza, the dude and his gf behind got their pizza. They ordered two. Dude was annoyed, cashier was apologetic. Asked what he had, it was a simple pepperoni and cashier said they would make it right away. His gf, walks back to cashier few min later, she got the wrong pizza. They say sorry, hers was still in oven. She gets her pizza and the dude gets his. They come back again, wrong pizzas again! Felt so bad for them, and all the door dash/uber eats orders who got wrong pizzas. It was obvious they don't have a good system tracking which pizzas go into the oven and to which customer. This place is a prime example of why you don't tip before getting your food. I actually don't blame the workers there, which were frantically trying to get through the orders. It's the management and supervisor in charge. They are the ones that are running this place into the ground. Never again Pieology, rather do Mod or Blaze. Do better, you are slipping. Was going to contact corporate but that seemed pointless after seeing there corporate goo

Came into this establishment on 257pm Sunday November 5th. The young woman there heavy set. Was very rude and unprofessional. Made our group uncomfortable and I noticed that she put meet on my friend pizza that was not supposed to have meet on it. As my friend is deadly allergic to meat and didn't say anything. I had to say something to avoid someone sick. They didn't explain how it all works and how a new coming is supposed to order. Plus we didn't get our receipts for the transaction but I got the date and time trust me never eat here and save yourself the night mare this is the place of nightmares and the manger was not even here.

Perfect place to get your pizza just how you like it. All at one price no matter how many toppings you like on your pizza. Give them a try, you can’t lose. Gonna try the New Calzones next.

We came to this restaurant on Sunday (Nov 19, 2023) around 5 pm. TV screens were not working and we didn’t really know how to order. Two young men working with a lady. We had to repeat our orders to the young men many times. Why not write it down? This young man poured mozzarellas cheese on a pizza dough when a vegan cheese was asked by my daughter a few times. He just swept the mozzarella cheese back to the cheese container. Some of the mozzarella cheese was floating in the pizza sauce. Also, same server used the same hand in plastic gloves to work on regular and veggan cheese on our 2 pizza dough. Tables were not cleaned and dirty. If you have dairy allergies, the way the worker handled cheese and food preparation are not recommended.

Ordered 2 calzones and side salad for home delivery. $43 including all extra charges including tip. worse food I've ever had barely edible. They do not need to be in the pizza/Italian/food/ restaurant business. NEVER want to go back!

The gentleman that made our pizza was very friendly, the other staff were just talking. As we grab a table, we didn't know which one to sit at since they were all filthy. The floors were dirty, near the soda machine (slippery hazard) ice and spilled soda. Seems like that place hasn't seen a broom and mop in a weeks. Pieces of crust and food on the floor. As we were about to head out I had to use the restroom, forget it!!!!! I felt like I walked into a porta potty.

Generally, you can get in and out of here pretty quickly. However, there can be major delays around dinnertime on weekends. Even preordering will not save you.Additionally, all the traffic makes for some well-worn floors and furnishings. I've seen little kids trip on slippery floors.Food has good flavor but can end up being slightly burnt and very oily. If taking out, just be aware that oil can seep through the cardboard!

The pizza is good but there menu is confusing. Some available items aren't listed, and some things are listed that aren't available. And some menu deals that are advertised are actually not available with certain pizzas but you don't realize that until you're at the cash register. Besides those annoyances with the menu and pricing, the staff are super friendly.Vegetarian options: It's easy to choose veggie options on their menu.
