Order a drink on mobile app it was stolen and staff move at a snail past getting drinks outs. I waited like 15mins and then just decided to cancel and get a refund. Bad experience every time I go will not be back.

It depends on the staff of the evening some work good as a team other times they leave all the order on one person and it creates a back up and order take longer to complete. You can bring your own personal cups

Cashier was great. Barista responded to my greeting but without emotion.Got a bacon and egg sandwich but bacon was placed on it off center so first couple of bites didn't have bacon before I realized it and moved the bacon back to the middle.

Aniyah rocks was amazing and I am honored to have had the chance to be assisted by her today! It is Christmas and this is one of the few Starbucks even open today and I have seen her swiftly assist the line to make it move fast as well as assist those making the drinks. Anniyah deserves 10 stars alone.

Worst starbucks I've been to, over crowded due to extremely slow service. The music is played at a blaring loud level that placing an order is hard, when the person is actually taking orders, one per five minutes. They do all the mobile orders before filling a single customer that's in the store placing their orders. I quite drinking at starbucks for years, think I will go back to that, it will be easy for tomorrow as today I had to leave empty handed after waiting 45 minutes.
