I loved this Starbucks location! Even though the lines may be long at times, the staff get you in and out very quickly. Jennifer is the best!!! Every guest that comes in, she greets them by their name and actually remembers each person's drink of choice and exactly how they want it made! You can't get any better than that. GO JENNIFER!!! ������
I love the customer service here. My grandson wanted extra caramel in his drink which he thought he had ordered at the time we paid. The barista who made the drink took the drink back and made him another drink. She was very nice and didn't reprimand he. He's 12. I appreciate that so much. This is my favorite Starbucks!
I really appreciated the vibe of this place. I was traveling from Oakland to Sacramento, I usually stop at the Oakland Telegraph Starbucks which is fine but I was looking for a different atmosphere. This location and vibe was perfect, it caused me to just sit and enjoy my breakfast.
