Service is horrible, and cheap owner won't even accept coupons that subway sends out. What's the point of subway sending out coupons if when you go to use them they won't accept them.

This subway is soooo slow. They are understaffed which is understandable. The lady that works there is always alone when I go. She already messed up my sandwich twice. Maybe if it was just one ingredient but to confuse a 6 inch with a footling is beyond me. They need to hire more people. They also need to work on their customer service skills.

The two ladies working there are so rude and unprofessional. This is the worst Subway in San Leandro. The lady messed up the sandwich and I came back to have them remake because my son can't eat salami, she started getting smart and I even offered to pay for it, even though I didn't think i should. So they charged me $13 for a turkey sandwich with pepperoni and bacon and cheese, nothing else on it!!! This place sucks, don't go!! Oh and they let a woman stand there with no mask and no social distancing!

This Subway sucks. Haven't been there in over a year because we have constantly had bad service including bad attitudes and sandwich quality.
