Mexican lady who made my sandwich was just on her phone wasn’t paying attention to my orders as far as what I wanted on my sandwich because she was just on her phone … she walked off in mid conversation literally just walked off while I was speaking the time was 6 something today.
They need to retrain her

I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION ANYMORE. I HAD AN ONLINE ORDER. I ORDERED AT 11:20 AND I CAME INSIDE And I just let the Mexican lady talk to the other Mexican lady and I kept glancing at the time and looking at her and at around 11:30. I realize she wasn’t gonna make my food and my food was supposed to be ready at 11:35. I was starving and I was hungry. She discussing with this lady About whatever she wanna discuss with her that didn’t have nothing to do with the meal she was making her food so with that being said she mad at me because I’m hungry. I politely interrupted their conversation and asked where is my food at because online it said that it should be ready right now at 11:35. The line start backing up eight or nine people then arrive at the store. She mad at me cause she just now working on my first sandwich and I ordered three sandwiches and all 3 of of sandwiches I wanted them toasted and she got an attitude and then toasted it for me. I mean it’s not my fault you talking to homegirl and running behind. People start walking out because they was taking too long. Service is very bad. I will not return.

If I could give a zero I would. The two ladies working at this place are God awful, one doesn't listen at all and the other doesn't care for customers. They literally refused to give me what I wanted telling me you can't have certain meat on a sub? Then make a entire order not what we ordered? They both need to be fired, honestly immediately.

Would give it a 5 if there was something nice to say, but my friend and I went in and she ordered some stuff online as a birthday reward and the lady at the front was giving attitude acting like we weren’t there and not wanting to help us. So we left and never received the order.

I ordered my sandwiches through the app 40 min prior to arrival then i got a notification that it was ready when i arrive the subway worker lady was being rude right off the start and asked for my order then she says she didnt do it yet but i got notification long ago that it was done i had ordered about a hour ago by then so she started arguin with her poor english.never coming here again

It’s 7:00 pm and they are closed their closing hour is at 9pm.
Used to be that when you ordered Subway, it was overpriced and loaded with vegetables. And you could lie to yourself, saying that it was filling, and healthier than getting more meat. But there's an employee here that is so stingy with making sandwiches, there's no way in hell you get $15 worth. Heck, I don't think I've ever seen someone be stingy with salt and pepper in such a manner before. Salt and pepper! One shake! Down! Not even back up!

The lady serving my sandwich doesn't make an effort to even smile when taking the order, not to mention she's not very good looking, just lost my appetite just by looking at her huge mole on her face and zero makeup, plus a very serious attitude, I rather have the other lady fixing my sandwich

I had placed an order online for pick up for a certain time. I understand people are busy but always greet your customers and ask them if they’re going to order or pick up. Sometimes the person who’s there isn’t going to order. I waited over 15 min. Even though I placed my order online. Two out of three of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. How do you put the wrong ingredients when they’re being listed down and they were out of personalized pizzas. The moment you select a store on the app it should allow you to see if they have that item at that branch.

This subway is horrible the new guy don’t understand English well and said he couldn’t make my order because it’s policy and the latino lady is worse she act like she can’t hear anyone
