This place is a great place. They have great tunes, sports on the tv’s, and good drinks. The one thing that would be an absolute positive is a few Skylights through the main walkway in front of the bar. It would add warmth and attract a lot more attention and people.
Nice quiet place where you can actually talk with your friends. They have a nice variety of beers on tap and other drinks. Right now they have an amazing imperial stout. They seem to always have something good on tap.
My partner wanted to get me a cider because we went to a beer garden, and all they had was beer--and I don't like beer. It was early afternoon, and there were a few guys sitting alone nursing their drinks.I got a delicious pomegranate draft cider. I was impressed with its dry flavor. Seriously, it was very good. The atmosphere was dark (I almost needed a flashlight). Besides the bar, there were small tables with chairs where you could visit with a friend. I liked the artwork...
