I love Mediterranean food, and sorely missed the Armenian Gourmet in Sunnyvale when Aram retired. However, Tio's has fulfilled my expectations for delicious food at a great price. I never liked falafal until I ate it at Tio's where it is moist and flavorful, compared to other restaurants where it is as dry as cardboard. I love the lamb and vegetarian sampler. The staff is friendly, helpful and remembers us by name. I have always been very happy with my whole experience there.

Disappointing. Ordered take out from the restaurant and my simple order was not taken correctly. I don't like to complain so I just let it go. Was hoping that the food would be so good that it would make up for it, well it did not. The hummus was tasteless, the dressing on the salad tasted like dish soap and the kofta was bland. Definitely not as good as its rating.

My wife and I have gotten chicken salads here all the time and they are always incredible and healthy.

We recently had them cater for our daughter’s birthday party and they were absolutely fantastic. We got wraps and kebabs and falafel , and they came with salad and pita — everything tasted absolutely incredible and our guests were all well fed.

Cannot recommend this place enough for either a healthy meal or a big get together

6 stars. Not 5, but 6. They are that good. Food is excellent, portions are generous, prices are reasonable, service is great. Literally the perfect restaurant. Ordered the lamb kebab $24 and veggie sampler $16 (comes with pita bread) via doordash. Order was on time, they accommodated every special request I made. Small/medium sized restaurant with indoor seating only

This is my new favorite spot! The wrap is soooo good. Make sure to try all three sauces. The wrap is so sturdy that I can re-heat the other half in the air fryer the next day for a second meal. The fatoosh salad is also fabulous. My husband ordered one of the plates and is still talking about how yummy it was 5 days later. Highly rec

Not fancy place. But clean, welcoming, with very good Mediterranean food. Falafel were crisp but not dry. Meat was very well cooked. I recommend finishing with a little Turkish coffee.

Came here for a friend’s birthday. Real down home Middle Eastern food. From the salad sampler appetizer with Falafel to the kabobs, everything was delicious…….And the dessert M’halabiah was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Very Highly recommended!
The owner/chef came by to greet us and told us the story of the restaurant.

We went out of our way to drive to this place today. We have a service animal when we went to be seated, we were illegally told that we had to provide a license in order to be seated the law. Clearly, states that they're only allowed to ask if it's a service dog and what service the dog provides. They're not allowed to require a vest. They're not allowed to require us to show a license. All of these things are highly illegal. Do not recommend we'll never be back.

Tried Tio's Mediterranean Grill recently—nice to have a flavorful option that's somewhere in-between a to-go spot and fine dining! The lamb and chicken kebab was especially flavorful. The lamb mansaf was plainer. I'd probably opt for trying more grilled meats instead in the future.

Food is delicious and fresh. The location is convenient, except for parking, which can sometimes be difficult to find.
