Pho or Yunnan? Yunnan for me. I think it’s healthier. Nothing like a bowl of numbing soup in the winter. The rice noodles go down so nice and the toppings are more elegant in taste and texture. The soup base really takes it. Can’t go wrong with the fish fillets.
I come here often and really enjoy the rice noodles, but the service could use some improvement. The waitress doesn’t offer to refill water or tea, which would make the experience even better.
The spicy beef broth is so good! The soup is hot and you throw in the ingredients yourself. A fun experience from beginning to end. Very filling and reasonably priced. I come often and the place is never crowded but never empty. Tempted to gatekeep this local gem!
