This place is great for a Chinese quick to go option they have a steam table with chinese food just pick and choose. It is affordable and food is good for the price in my opinion. I would recommend it.
The food is great. I’ve been going here since I was a kid. But, as far as the food, sometimes they run out of their batch and don’t replenish right away. I once waited 20 minutes for them to bring out their next batch, so something to keep in mind. Also, an important thing to note is that the servers and cashiers are extremely rude. Simple meals consist of steamed rice and one entree, while one, two, and three item plates come with chow mein or fried rice and one, two, or three entrees. Extra entrees are placed in a take-out box. The food is generally deep-fried and battered, with a shiny appearance. Protein and veggie dishes have more veggies than protein. Reviewers ordered three item plates and received fried rice, curry chicken, salt and pepper fish, sweet and sour pork, chow mein, fried chicken wings, green beans with chicken, and broccoli beef. The chicken fried rice was particularly enjoyed.
The fish is perfectly fried and flakey while the lemon chicken is tender and juicy. Chili oil is a good addition. Prices have gone up. There's plenty of parking and a lot of things to choose from around the area in terms of drinks and dessert. It's a small restaurant designed for to go orders only. Combo B comes with either chicken fried rice or chicken chow mein and 2 sides. The service was quick and efficient. Fried rice was pretty good. Salt and pepper fish was fried batter with fish texture, and a side of sweet and sour sauce helps. Sesame chicken was basically popcorn chicken fried and coated with what tastes like a mixture of orange and lemon sauce and sesame. A full, stacked, leaking box was $12 and is good for 2 or 3 meals, super worth it for the price. Although the food may be a bit greasy and some dishes could benefit from adjustments, customers still find the flavors satisfying.
