Went in for a late lunch, was a little of wait which i expect after lunch rushes. Our food was nice and hot & correct how we ordered The signature sauce wasnt spicy enough for my kid. He still enjoyed it and the late lunch date with mom. Small eat in dinning area for those asking. Nice service and clean store.

Unbelievable. I try to place an order online 20 minutes before I get there so I don’t have to wait once I get there. Isn’t that the whole point of ordering ahead online? Anyways, I get there and see the drive thru is totally backed up. So I decide to go inside and pick up my food at the counter. I walk in and I see a long line of people standing there while the employees are moving slower than SLOTHS, not even LOOKING at all the people waiting on them. So I figured I would take my chances that the drive thru would be faster. Nope. I sat in that drive thru for 15 minutes and not even one car moved. So I pull back into a parking spot and walk back inside and wait in that line of people. Finally I get to the counter and I tell the employee I just want to pick up an order that I placed ahead of time. “Oh well that’s gonna be at least a ten minute wait”…. Um…. Are you kidding me? I placed the order at like 4:20 and it’s now 5pm and you don’t have it ready?? So I’ve been here now for over 20 minutes and I’m still waiting for my food that I ordered online, 20 minutes ahead of time. Not coming back to this location again.

Location said close at 11, got here at 9 o’clock on they close inside pick up, while on the website still say it open. I have a pickup up order can’t even pick up. Worst location ever.
