Great variety of croissants, and breads depending on time you go. Kind of tricky to find as directions send you to the back of FedEx. Go straight on Prado and turn into the gray and green striped buildings. It doesn't have a sign, only number on the right hand side of it. Great Local bakery, primarily wholesale. Enter by passing the Burrito Wagon. The maps directions which take you through the FedEx parking lot, and not correct. The FedEx Lot is blocked to public entry.

Amazing pastries! While visiting SLO, we stopped at a local coffee shop and had the best croissant I've ever eaten. Turns out it was from this wholesale bakery. This place is a little hard to find but worth it. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's not a sit down establishment but there was a bench outside last time I was there. Just give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
