“Had a very positive experience at Scout Coffee. It showed in several travel videos for SLO so I decided to try it while visiting and was not disappointed. This coffee store has a very friendly and relaxed vibe and it is clear the business is frequented by locals and the staff and locals are familiar with each other. It is a nice place downtown to sit and relax while enjoying a well executed coffee drink. The staff is friendly and efficient.“

“The avocado toast was good but I paid an extra $3 for egg and when I finally got to sit down to eat it…no egg. It was too far to go back. While it still tasted good, I was disappointed.“

“A very large selection of awesome donuts! We got a half dozen… the raised donuts were pillowy soft and the icings were quality and flavorful. Also got a blueberry fritter and a buttermilk donut to round it all. Everything was tasty. The ladies working the counter were helpful and patient.“
