The grill ignored our modifications for dietary restrictions. When asked to fix it, they remade the wrong sandwich without the modifications and with real chicken instead of vegan. Will not be going back.
I am completely baffled at how terrible the service is here at Cal Poly. Working in the restaurant industry for years myself, I know for a fact that it is: ONE, not that hard to make a burrito! and TWO, also not difficult to tell the customer that you are out of an item and will refund them.I spent $17 on a burrito that is supposed to have sausage as is and then payed extra for ham and avocado. Campus marker has the best burger on campus but this year their burger is just as bad as any other on campus. On multiple occasions, my fries felt undercooked.Get new machines for EBT that does not make it inconvenient to use EBT for everything involved.I will never understand why it's ok to charge college students prices that are twice/triple or more than the retail price of the same item. I would totally shop here for everything I needed if y'all priced items fairly.
