The food does not make up for the terrible customer service. The computer systems crashed today and we waited in line for 30 minutes and never were able to order food. Apparently hand-written tickets and cash are not part of their backup procedure. The manager was rude when we asked and it took 15 minutes before anyone notified the rest of the people standing in line outside about what was going on.
