I had an issue about their trip tip sandwiches tasting bad and they did nothing about it because I carry out . They took no fault on it . There is a difference in the meat having a different taste to what I’m use to or it just plain out spoiled. Honestly loved eating here but after this never again. They didn’t try to accommodate us in anyway just plain out said you should have ate here and there’s nothing we can do bye. 🤨😒😠
Love the food, but the supervisor behind the counter at the SLO location is very rude. I have been treated poorly by him for many years. Every time I eat there, and my family and friends and I eat there often, he refuses to give me an extra dressing for my salad or to dip my fries or onion rings in. I ordered the half rack of ribs meal recently and asked for the bbq sauce on the side. The food does not make up for the terrible customer service. The computer systems crashed today and we waited in line for 30 minutes and never were able to order food. Apparently hand-written tickets and cash are not part of their backup procedure. The manager was rude when we asked and it took 15 minutes before anyone notified the rest of the people standing in line outside about what was going on.
