“Absolutely fantastic Hawaiian BBQ. Total comfort food. They are closed for Summer, but this is my go-to Hawaiian place in SLO. The fried fish and coleslaw are particularly bomb. I highly recommend takeout, vs eating in, however, as the atmosphere is very strange. There is no music playing or anything so it’s often dead silent in there. Definitely more of a takeout place. Also I recommend asking for extra sauce, as typically they only provide a small amount. Great food.“

“Love the food here, they do a wonderful meal. I have issues with all of the plastic that is used to serve the meals. It would be really nice to have bowls and utensils that could be washed and reused for eat in customers. A good example is The Oki Momo grill located on Broad street. I eat at Oki Momo more often than at Poki Rito because I can eat in and not throw away all of that plastic. They wash and reuse ;)“
