Humdinger Brewing SLO offers great beers and excellent beer, with friendly staff and an adequate amount of seating. The spot features an awesome performance series plus games, including karaoke with the best mic in town and a heavy metal performance. One visitor had the best time living their best #METALLIFE at a show with amazing bands and cool bouncers. The karaoke events are hosted intentionally, and one guest left with a nemesis after a karaoke rematch decided by an audience vote, bringing over 25 people from the local poker league, stand-up comedy scene, and a community theater production. A staff’s rendition of “Counting Worms” was described as the karaoke artistic equivalent of watching the Mona Lisa being painted. The beer is beyond delicious, with the Lawn Order Pale Ale being crispy and delish. The taproom is roomy, boasts pinball machines, and has an attached brewing supply shop that is well stocked and very cool. One visitor who stopped by on a Tuesday night enjoyed a Jeopardy style trivia. The staff and bartender are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
