Hired for catering, showed up over an hour AFTER the event had started, didn't provide all the food order (found out AFTER the event started). When I asked for a discount since the food was extremely late and it was incomplete order, the owner said of course. I paid on time for the food and I had to follow up with the owner over several weeks just to get a refund for the missing food. She had promised me a discount as well, but never saw that amount.
